Our Mission is Clear
The Consortium is a network of psychiatrists, psychologists, licensed professional counselors, social workers, and educational professionals and auxiliary members. Auxiliary members represent corporate, artistic and entrepreneurial areas who are forging ahead to offer a range of services for the many populations, including those who have been dramatically impacted by COVID-19.
Reports that our community faces issues even at greater need to cope with depression, anxiety, abuse, alcohol, drug dependence, domestic violence, grief and loss at a rate that may not receive the attention it deserves during this time.
Dr. Yolanda Hawkins-Rodgers
Founder
Yolanda Hawkins-Rodgers is a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Hackensack, New Jersey. She is a certified clinical supervisor who supervises both permit holders seeking to become licensed psychologist or a licensed professional counselor. She has worked with adolescents and young adults in her capacity as an educator and as a clinician for more than 30 years.
Dannette Coston
M.Ed, LPC, NCC,CCTP
Dannette Coston is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a nationally Board Certified Counselor. She has over 15 years of experience in working with children and families and currently provides counseling and therapeutic services in both the public schools sector and in private practice.
Pamela T. Ghee, LTC (r) USAR
MA
Pamela comes with a wealth of knowledge with over 30 years in education and 31 years serving in the US Army Reserves.
With all her years of experience, Pamela continues to be very passionate about supporting students, parents and veterans through Edu-Consultants llc.
Pamela provides assistance through one on one sessions, group and individual webinars. Her focus includes college and career planning, financial aid/ scholarship search assistance and military benefits review.
Ella L.Hayes
MSW, M.DIV,MS.Ed
Rev. Ella Hayes, LSW, M.Div., M.Ed. is the chief owner and operator of EJLH COUNSELING SERVICES, LLC. Rev. Hayes has been in the helping profession for over 40 years, initially as an educator, ordained clergy person, hospice spiritual counselor, and a social worker.
Carol Parker
MSW, LCSW
Carol Parker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is the proprietor of Carol Parker LCSW LLC. Carol provides counseling to adults dealing with mental health issues.
Prior to starting her private practice Carol was a Staff Clinician with MHA (Mental Health Association) Montclair NJ. Her primary therapeutic intervention is Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). Carol believes mental illness is real and recovery is possible.
